At Elbowydetoxify, we stand behind the quality of our educational services. This policy outlines our refund and return procedures.

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

Personalised nutrition plans purchased through Elbowydetoxify come with a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your plan, you have two options:

  • One Revision: We will revise your plan once at no additional cost, addressing your concerns and preferences more specifically.
  • Full Refund: We will refund the full purchase price if you are not satisfied after revision.

2. Refund Timeline

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of your initial plan purchase date. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of approval and returned to your original payment method.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for:

  • Full personalised nutrition plans ($195)
  • Ongoing monthly support packages ($95/month) — prorated refund for unused month
  • Initial consultation is non-refundable (but is free)

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or revision, contact us at info@elbowydetoxify.world with:

  • Your name and order information
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for request (revision or refund)
  • For revision requests: specific feedback on what didn't work

5. Ongoing Support Subscriptions

Monthly ongoing support subscriptions ($95/month) can be cancelled at any time. If you cancel mid-month, you will receive a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of that month, processed within 7 business days.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Initial free consultations (no cost)
  • Services after the 14-day guarantee period
  • Additional revisions beyond the one included in the guarantee

7. Revision Process

If you request a revision:

  1. Provide detailed feedback on your current plan
  2. We will create a revised version addressing your concerns
  3. Revision will be delivered within 5–7 business days
  4. If still not satisfied, you may then request a full refund

8. Exceptions

Refunds may be withheld if:

  • The request is made more than 14 days after purchase
  • The service has already been fully rendered and used
  • There is evidence of misuse or fraud
